Food and drink options fell short of expectations!!! Rooftop service slow with limited payment methods, evening turndown service felt invasive and poorly timed. improvements can definitely be made!!!

the reception was quite underwhelming, not what you'd expect from a place like this. the breakfast was also absurdly limited, hardly a gourmet experience. It woudl ve been nice to have a complimentary fruit basket in my room, but guess that’s too much to ask. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

artyzen singapore was such an amazin experience! the rooftop infinity pool has jaw-droppin views, and the rooms are super comfy with high ceilings that make ya feel like ur in a tropical paradise. the staff were hella friendly and always there to help, makin us feel welcomed. i loved the attention to detail in our room, like the cool decor and all the smart tech that made life easier. also, the complimentary chauffeured mercedes was just a cherry on top!

But not everything was perfect. i wish the check-in service was quicker, and the breakfast choices could be better.
